Job Description/Mission:
The IT Sherpa is responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales process of their customers. This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include: product pricing, research, configuration and product information.

Experience and Skills Desired:
The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates is a must. Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills are also required. Solid problem solving and consultative skills are a must. Must be self driven, motivated and results-oriented. Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, as well as internal personnel. • Responsible for installing miscellaneous software as required
• Support IT issues with office and supporting systems (Level 1-2 Troubleshooting)
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
• Support users through a Help Desk system
• Work with other members of IT Services to provide solutions to user issues
